Helped by omar had no idea but he worked patiently with me to get it sorted and synced. Was a great help setting up the link and explaining all my random questions

These guys go above and beyond. They provide more support than my own company and I have a very high standard, it doesnt matter what time of day or night you chat in, they are knowledgeable and ready to assist. They also do little things extra for you, like go in and help fix listing issues (mistakes I made) and really do a great job with all of that. Give them a chance and you wont be disappointed.

Joseph was incredibly helpful in helping me solve a glitch in our QuickSync. Within just a few minutes he had my issue resolved and answered all of my questions!

This app is very helpful for sellers who have multiple stores on different platform! It helped me to manage inventory easily and the customer service is super quick to response (within seconds!). Omar answered all my questions very specifically and saved me so much time! Highly recommend !!

The customer service is fantastic! Joesph was extremely helpful and patient. He was able to fix my product syncing issues right away. And was very reassuring in getting everything working for me. Best experience working with a customer success agent.
