I started by trying to understand what to do, but then a real person contacted me and did everything I needed in about five minutes. They also helped me pull my Etsy order history into Shopify. Amazing onboarding - and so nice to work with a real human and not a chatbot

A++++ I would like to thank Joseph for his immediate intervention and availability. The application is already powerful, but with a support service like the one provided by Joseph and his colleagues, we are confident it will be a success for all users of the app.

Joseph from quicksync assisted me with the app to transfer my listings from Shopify store to my Etsy store me and he was very helpful and gave me some good tips.

This app has been pretty helpful, though I still run into some issues here and there. I am learning that some are user error, but I wish that it was easier to make quick updates and I didn't have to bother someone to help me every time I need to sync new products. I am very happy with the service I have received though, my account rep is very kind and helpful. She is always very quick to respond, I just hate that I have to bother her so frequently!

Customer service was great. I hopped on, selected a payment option and instantly got messaged by customer support that walked me through the process. They even helped make sure I had some back end stuff in check by hopping on a zoom call with me. Really went as smooth as you can imagine, definitely would recommend to other stores/shops looking for a speedy process to link listings.

Super straightforward app and great customer support. I was able to sync my Shopify listings to Etsy quickly, and inventory updates automatically. Any questions I had were answered fast. Solid app

I worked with Joseph on syncing the inventory for my Shopify and Etsy products and it was such an easy process!! Joseph was easy to work with and explained everything very simply but in a way that was easy to understand!!

Joseph was very helpful in getting my Shopify and Etsy stores synced to save me time while listing products. I did not realize automatic syncing was not turned on, him fixing this for me will save me so much time going forward! He is very helpful and professional.
