Great customer service. I couldn't use the app because I had too many products and Joseph helped me get it cancelled very quickly!

Really great customer service support from Joseph. He actually reached out to me before I sent a message to offer help since my products didn't sync. He corrected everything and enabled our barcodes to be used instead of SKUs. Really on point support for this app and so far seamless!

Customer Service rep was very helpful. She provided pictures to help figure out what exactly I needed to do in order to make this an easy process.

This is my first day using this app. And, I am thoroughly impressed. Mohammed has been so charming, patient, and helpful. I didn't have to lift a finger to switch over any of my products. I am a very happy customer.

Highly, highly recommend this amazing app. I wasn't too sure how to import my Shopify products to my Etsy store, so I contacted customer support through live chat. Normie was able to help me from start to finish, importing each and every product across, along with all their details. A little work is required to refine some of the variations, but this has saved me so much time. Responses and updates were given throughout. Application also very user friendly. Highly recommend.

The customer support team is AMAZING! Joseph and Angelica are awesome and so quick to help. They always answer my questions and solve some minor issues I am having, not to mention they are always available! Really recommend this app for crossover managing for both Shopify and Etsy.
