This app completely fucked up my entire online business. It has added and removed inventory from my store for no apparent reason and I have had to do inventory on everything to make sure everything is corrected, and I have thousands of products, so you can imagine how fun that has been for me. They said they would figure out what was wrong for me, but it's been 2 days and I just don't have the time to wait for this. Every day it's removing and adding more of my inventory and I can't keep up. Just awful.

Just starting with this app, but so far so good! I had existing products in Etsy and Shopify that I needed synced. This links by SKU and I had a few incorrect, but support helped me to get it all situated. Shout out to Thea for her quick work in assisting me!

This app saved me so much time. If I had to manually list 3000 items in etsy from my shopify I would never get it done. Joesph was so helpful and did most of the work for me. He gives great customer service.

So far, I am really liking the app. I had been using another etsy syncing app and it was very difficult to navigate. The best part is the customer service is online with you in a chat. Dominic was very helpful and fixed my issue.

The customer support here is incredible! They walk you through setting up the sync with a real person who is able to answer any and all questions and actually do the work of setting up the first sync. A+++

Not only does this app work pretty easily, but the customer service is spectacular. Joseph was patient answering all my questions and made sure that I was super clear and confident with this app, how it would interact with Shopify, and next steps. If the user friendliness of this app wasn't already enough, the dedicated customer service team really makes this an amazing experience.

I've had a few hiccups with syncing products, but an agent has always been available to help answer questions and even resolve the issue themselves. I would recommend this app!
