I just finished working with Mohamed Hussein in customer service. He was able to help me understand what this app does and how to navigate syncing products. He was pleasant and courteous during our session. He was able to show me how to sync products individually, as a group or automatically. I can see how this app can be very useful and help in making my business successful. Looking forward to using this to promote my products on more channels.

Super easy to use with the agent chat being super helpful and replies straight away. I had 130 new products transferred to Etsy from Shopify in less than 30mins. As a small business owner this app has saved me hours! Thank you!!!!

I firstly have to start with the excellent customer service provided to me by Angelica which has been 10/10 - Absolutely brilliant! She was very helpful, knowledgeable and very, very patient. The app has a very clean user interface and is quite straightforward. After getting to know the export and sync settings things are pretty easy if you are looking to sync your entire Shopify store with Etsy. The sync itself works flawlessly. Help is at hand almost instantly if you have any questions or issues. Like I said, the customer service is excellent.

I recently was able to sync my Shopify to Etsy with the help of Joseph. He communicated with me through the process and walked me through everything I needed to do. I highly recommend anyone with questions with the process of syncing their sites to contact Joseph for help. Very professional and made the process much easier.

Love Etsy: Sync Products and Order. I have always wanted to open an Etsy shop but I found it too difficult to manage inventory as I sell on other platforms. Now that I have discovered Etsy Sync I can finally open my Etsy Shop without any worries. Also, customer service is brill, very quick to respond. Rachael
