Excellent customer service, and took the time to speak with me about a resolution for the issue. The customer service rep did a great job! I would highly recommend and use it again. A wealth of knowledge and explains things in a very user-friendly way.

It's very easy to use and customer service is great! I imported all my products from Etsy to Shopify in minutes.

Works great so far, although in full disclosure I've only had it a day or so. Angelica gave me excellent service and hand held me through bringing in some of my inventory then even waiting with me until it was all in and I was happy! she was great and really appreciate the top notch support!

Easy installation, inventory sync is no-hassle and works as soon as you enable app access to your Etsy store, provided your SKUs are already set and identical across both Shopify and Etsy. Could not ask for more. Thank you for providing such a necessary tool for free.

Fantastic customer support - incredibly great software to have for free - Worth downloading if you are moving from etsy to shopify or vice versa.
