Five stars for customer service. Extremely helpful with moving listings from Shopify to Etsy. Have not had any sales since connecting with the app so cannot comment on syncing capabilities yet.

Great customer service. I am not sure whether it will meet my needs though as it doesn't seem like you can customise the listings via the app but rather to customise you need to do it through the Etsy app which makes it laborious again.

Joseph helped me through my entire process. Over an hour of trouble shooting what setting I had wrong to sync products and he continued to stay on the line with me for close to three hours. Great customer service!

Really great customer service support from Joseph. He actually reached out to me before I sent a message to offer help since my products didn't sync. He corrected everything and enabled our barcodes to be used instead of SKUs. Really on point support for this app and so far seamless!

Highly, highly recommend this amazing app. I wasn't too sure how to import my Shopify products to my Etsy store, so I contacted customer support through live chat. Normie was able to help me from start to finish, importing each and every product across, along with all their details. A little work is required to refine some of the variations, but this has saved me so much time. Responses and updates were given throughout. Application also very user friendly. Highly recommend.
