Omar was able to assist me so quickly, and all my products were synced. I like this kind of customer service. It is very client-centered. It makes it easy to use the app without huddles.

The best support team of any app on here I've ever used. Used them with multiple businesses and it's always instant fixes for any issues, and the issues are usually my fault! Thea has been great today and I'm thankful for her help!

Amazing! I love how Ryan assisted me to sync my shopify products to tiktop shop. I appreciate the customer service and patience. I also love that QuickSync is easy to navigate and more affordable than other apps I' ve checked. Thankyou!

Sometimes you're lucky and you reach out to customer service and you actually get treated as a customer and get service. I had the priviledge of working with Joseph today. Immediately after we downloaded and activated the app Joseph proactively reached out and offered any help we needed. Zero frustration, what's up with that??? We’re still in the process of setting up QuickSync, but Omar has been really helpful so far. He’s explained everything clearly and made the setup feel a lot more manageable. Appreciate the support!

They force you to review it before you are able to test it. There are so many features that do not function and will mess up your inventory, including returns, orders not syncing immediately after being placed on tiktok, not accurately marking the inventory as "committed" which makes audits impossible. Do not recommend, uninstalled immediately after seeing it on a few orders. Horrible

Super efficient app for what we need - syncing up our Shopify store inventory with TikTok store inventory. Omar has been super helpful to finalize integration! Amazing support!

Joseph was super helpful and quick at getting my tiktok shop integrated with shopify. Other apps don't have anywhere near this kind of support and as a result are not set up correctly and I just end up deleting them. Not this one! Don't hesitate to download it. Thank you!

Really good experience, Omar was so helpful and attentive, had a lot of issues trying to connect my tiktok shop to Shopify through the official app, and this app saved me!!! Customer service was amazing, super quick response time ( less than a minute) . AMAZING!!
