3 stars for the friendly staff, and unfortunately cannot use the app because too many bugs and glitches to sync 200+ products

Diana was a lifesaver, I was having some troubles with syncing my products and she completely got my back! I'm so happy with QuickSync and the support is exceptional!!!!

Used this to help speed up the synch of our store to TikTok. The process was smooth and actually uncovered an issue with product data from one of our dropship providers. The online support was superb - and Omar provided a report that gave me data to revert back to our dropship provider. Can't speak more highly of them !

Hmm, I'll be real honest here - the app is not very user friendly. The best part about this app is their customer service, they are always available to assist and will help you with your issue immediately. The app needs work though. I had uploaded a batch of product about a month ago, all was well, then I added another batch a few days ago and all my previous uploads are now gone. It's clunky, not seamless. Needs work and I'm not sure its worth the $ per month. I also cannot sync the orders with shopify unless I ship on my own. I prefer to ship with tiktok because they offer so many great shipping deals for my customers. I really need the orders to show up in shopify though.

Just now finishing up the setup process. I was struggling, but Omar helped me quickly fix the issues and sync products to TikTok. Also was able to help me fulfill my orders in Shopify. So far great process!

I'm not sure how this app received lots of 5-star reviews. In my experience, lots of products were not able to sync and (according to the live support) it was for the most random of errors like - product must have inventory (yes it did have available inventory) - product name cannot be less than 25 characters (what?) - etc Just find other apps guys...

I have been struggling for months trying to figure out Tiktok syncing for my print on demand products. I went with the base program at first and then quickly upgraded once I saw what it was capable of. When I upgraded I had someone reach out to me within minutes to help verify I set the sync up correctly. Highly recommend for anyone who is Tiktok illiterate like me :)

Had some initial problems setting up, but customer service was very helpful and very quick through the live chat. All sorted now and the app is working perfectly. Thanks to Elhassan for his help

Omar was amazing to work with. I had tried using another TikTok Shop synching tool but it did not work as easily or did it have as unbelieable customer service. Omar was my right-hand man during the process, and I am thankful for him and his services. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to sync their Shopify store with TikTok Shop. Thanks!

Well from the start of downloading the app, I was surprised to see some already there to help me set up the app. Joseph was amazing to work with and helped me set everything up very fast and any questions I had for him, he had an answer!
