Omar was extremely helpful. Having switched across from another platform as I found the process glitchy and long winded. Omar completed everything with ease in a very professional manner. So far I am very impressed with QuickSync

Joseph was amazing.. he saved my life.. I hope to do a whole video review about you guys..on my social media .. like an affiliate thing.. lol I am open to being your brand ambassador in the us..if u would like that.. lol.. wait till u see my video review!! I found so called big names in dropship and sync etc and I was frustrated tryna sync all my online stores and fulfill orders.. it was 15 days of frustration and pain.. no customer service.. no contact omggggg.... I promise quick sync app is a life saver.. I am dumping the rest of them promise and fail apps!! Thank you so much Joseph thank you QUICKsync

Joseph was extremely helpful and walking me through the setup process and helping me understand how the app, Shopify, and TikTok work together. Loved being able to speak with someone who was able to help after months of confusion and getting no support from TikTok or Shopify in addressing the issue of getting my products to sync between the platforms.

Khaled was a great resource for me getting started. He walked me through some steps and helped me understand more of what QuickSync does. After having issues with other apps syncing my products over to TikTok, I am starting off very happy with the app.

I had a wonderful support in Omar to help me through the initial phase of syncing my product. He went above and beyond and was immensely helpful in the process. As for the application, I have more to learn, but it would be great if the products were automatically synced to product categories in TikTok. Looking forward to learning more about the features!

the price is very reasonable for the service provided. customer service is also pretty quick to respond compared to competitors. khaled is a goated customer support agent(he's a great customer support agent).

So far so good! Just downloaded the app and was assisted the whole way through to sync my products to Shopify. I was at first not looking forward to the process, but this is making everything seamless! Thanks for the help Arianne!

I requested assistance on how to sync my shop, as I've never done it before. And, I received a quick response, with how to set it up. It was very simple and I would highly recommend this app.
