Joseph was the ABSOLUTE BEST he made the process for setting up my TikTok Shop so easy. I am so glad he was able to walk me through the process without any problems. I am not that tech savy and he made everything go so smoothly and was definitely patient. Thank you again Jospeh!

Great first class customer service especially from Omar! Omar was super helpful with his professional services and making sure that everything was running smoothly by connecting my store to Tiktok shop. Quicksync is a great app if you want everything to run smoothly at the backend with connecting your shopify store to your Tiktok shop. This app saved my sanity. I have been trying for months (MONTHS!) to get the Tik Tok app to work properly, but would constantly receive one error message or another. Their support was no help, either. I finally caved and installed this app and within 30 minutes, my Tik Tok shop was finally up and running. Customer service was super proactive and responsive. I'd say it's well worth the monthly fee.
