Had some issues at first but Joseph got it figured out and now products are syncing to TikTok properly.

This app saved my sanity. I have been trying for months (MONTHS!) to get the Tik Tok app to work properly, but would constantly receive one error message or another. Joseph was great helping me set everything up!

So far so good, and the customer service to talk through the set-up process was very good. I am sitting back and watching 100 items get loaded up every day and this is a far easier process than using the 'official' app.

Joseph helped me with the initial set up. He was very friendly and eager to help. Although we were not able to finish what I wanted to do that day, Joseph made sure I can get a hole of him and he gave me his email. So far I am happy with the service.
