Joseph was amazing.. he saved my life.. I hope to do a whole video review about you guys..on my social media .. like an affiliate thing.. lol I am open to being your brand ambassador in the us..if u would like that.. lol.. wait till u see my video review!! I found so called big names in dropship and sync etc and I was frustrated tryna sync all my online stores and fulfill orders.. it was 15 days of frustration and pain.. no customer service.. no contact omggggg.... The app is very easy to use and does what it says. I had spent close to a day trying to figure out how to sync my inventory from shopify to my TikTok shop and I was able to do this within a few minutes thanks to the app and Thea the customer rep. She gave me step by step guidance, with clear and easy instructions. Even when I took a 12-hour break from my laptop, I was able to continue the conversation from with her from where we stopped without needing to start over again. Highly recommend.

Joseph was extremely helpful and walking me through the setup process and helping me understand how the app, Shopify, and TikTok work together. Loved being able to speak with someone who was able to help after months of confusion and getting no support from TikTok or Shopify in addressing the issue of getting my products to sync between the platforms.

Joseph, the customer service agent went above and beyond to help me connect my shopify store to tiktok using this quicksync app. he also manually loaded my products to my store and synced them! because of his help my store is live and i am ready to get sales! couldnt have figured this out without him i was literally stuck, crazy thing is... he messages me out of the blue when i was stuck trying to figure this out and he did everything for me 5 stars or sure!

I had a wonderful support in Omar to help me through the initial phase of syncing my product. He went above and beyond and was immensely helpful in the process. As for the application, I have more to learn, but it would be great if the products were automatically synced to product categories in TikTok. Looking forward to learning more about the features!
