Joseph was the ABSOLUTE BEST he made the process for setting up my TikTok Shop so easy. I am so glad he was able to walk me through the process without any problems. I am not that tech savy and he made everything go so smoothly and was definitely patient. Thank you again Jospeh!

joseph rocks!! he is soo hepful and explains everything down to a T and its super cool hes from egypt so thats freaking dope soo i ant to gve joseph 5 stars i wish i could give him 100 stars man dude is amazing!!!

I had a great experience with Joseph, he was very attentive and managed a helpful process. He made it all very easy and he is an overall very nice person. Definitely recommend the app too, it was super simple to sync the products to TikTok Shop from Shopify. After like 3 clicks, I am ready to go, amazing. Thank you guys.

Every single customer service representative has been incredibly helpful and patient. Plus, the app is great for getting products onto the TikTok marketplace. I'm more impressed with the customer service than anything.

Ok if you are not that Tech savy or have some trouble with linking products and inventory this app is for you. It works amazing. Best of all is the customer support. Everytime I log in to this app I get greeted by a Customer Service Tech. Joseph is one of the best I have ever seen in my life. What ever he is getting paid is not enough. He went above and beyond to make sure everything worked for me.

Great app that works so well for me and my store. Needed customer support and Omar was great, helped me understand how things worked and helped me to move past my issue. Would def recommend.

It's only been an hour since having the app but so far so good. Omar has helped me set up and now I will test it out and see how it goes. Not a cheap app but let's see. :)
