Super easy app to use & maneuver. Normie is super helpful & quick to respond & guide me!! Definitely recommend. (3/27/24) Omar has helped me now & has been tremendous help. He helped me sync my Shopify store to Tik Tok shop and transfer my items.

I originally had a good experience with this app as the agent I chatted with was friendly and helpful getting it set up but now it's become unusable. The products simply will not sync to TikTok beyond the first 114 - despite leaving more than a day between uploads (TikTok has a 100 upload limit per day for new shops). The agents, although very polite, just go round in circles doing the same thing and not keeping me updated/not answering direct questions. They have "fetched" the products more than once and this had the side effect of un-syncing the first 114; this process takes hours each time. I've just tried to do it again and during the export, the system stopped and began to fetch the products all over again and this has again wiped out the initial 114 that it had synced. I've now reached the point of uninstalling the app and trying another as it's not working for my store.

Joseph has been incredible at guiding me through the setup process and answering any questions I had regarding syncing. great to have a real person to chat to instead of those automated bots! - looking forward to getting everything working smoothly with the app which it looks like it will

What an amazing onboarding experience with this app! Joseph was super helpful and supportive setting everything up -- it was truly white glove service. Highly recommend if you are struggling with setting up TikTok Shop and want it handled for you quickly and easily

Well, I'm in the synchronization process and so far the process and Thea's help have been great, after I'm done because my inventory is very large I'll tell you here if the app works well

Joseph was wonderful to work with. Very kind and great customer service. He made sure my products were synced properly and would automatically update whenever I updated my products. The app is easy to use much better than the others including tiktok itself. Highly recommend this app and you will be fortunate to get Joseph as your customer service provider.

Fantastic app - they literally did the whole thing for me and were super friendly throughout the process (Joseph was awesome). The basic TikTok app on Shopify is a total mess, but QuickSync not only gets all your products on TT, it also streamlines order fulfillment which is a nightmare with the basic app.
