I definitely give this app and Joseph 5 stars, and I would recommend this service to anyone. It is easy to use and the customer service is excellent, I wouldn't have been able to do this as quickly and as easily without Joseph's help!

The official TikTok app was giving us nothing but issues. I had no idea this app was available, and so thankful it was. The product sync process is the next level. TikTok should acquire these guys to fix their Shopify technology. Omar is fast to respond in the chat and hooked us up!

Shopify has shown me a "Product Pending" sign for MONTHS regarding my sync with TikTok. I've sent tons of messages to TikTok with no response and spent so much time trying to figure this out online. QuickSync figured it out for me in one day. It took a few hours, because I have so many products (note: TikTok has a 100 product limit/day) but thanks to the patience and guidance of Arianne I was able to get my first 100 products on TikTok today. I can't explain why TikTok doesn't make the process easier, but thank god for QuickSync. There are still a few snafu's to sort, but this company solved me issue in just a few hours. I honestly wondered if all of these 5-star reviews were fake, but I'm glad to say in my experience this WORKED.

Using this app for my Store Favors Decor and More, LLC. Customer service has been top-notch so far. I installed the app made the appropriate selections and Omar was able to do the coding to get my products loaded. About 90% loaded with no issue I needed to go in and make adjustments to a few but I am so glad I no longer have to load each product myself. I appreciate that I no longer need to worry about loading my products to TikTok Shop. Now its time to focus on obtaining sales!
