He was incredibly helpful in syncing my products and provided valuable suggestions to set everything up correctly. Joseph even shared some useful video links to help me learn more about the process. You are not able to edit the product at all before syncing to TikTok. My store requires the ability to do this, and other apps are able to. This app is primarily just for syncing and nothing else. Not for product management through tiktok. Hard to maneuver through the app. Customer service is very helpful though.

Joseph was incredibly helpful during a stressful moment. I was having issues with syncing my Shopify store products to my Tiktok Seller Account. Even after running into a wall he was able to walk me through and trouble shoot the issue. I believe the issue I am having is on Tiktok's end. But it was pleasant to speak with him over Zoom and receive clarity on the matter and support. Moving forward, I will open a ticket with TikTok to hopefully get this matter resolved once and for all.
