Can't express how much help Joseph was today. He definitely went way above and beyond for me to make sure everything was set up correctly and answered all my questions. Omar has been excellent, guiding me through the onboarding process, answering questions. I found Tiktok so difficult to navigate an dget set up so we can fulfil orders through Shopify and our regular 3PL... no brainer to use Quicksync and customer service is amazing

Joseph was very helpful , typically most apps will have you onboard by yourself but Joseph handled the whole process which was amazing and the app so far seems promising!

Omar has taken a huge workload off me by syncing 30,000 products onto tiktok shop for me, he's also been giving me tips and help for the future if i ever get stuck on how to navigate syncing! Great help so far!
