Can't express how much help Joseph was today. He definitely went way above and beyond for me to make sure everything was set up correctly and answered all my questions. His knowledge and willingness to help someone that is not tech savy just shows his level of professionalism. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Joseph for all your help!!!!

Omar has been excellent, guiding me through the onboarding process, answering questions. I found Tiktok so difficult to navigate an dget set up so we can fulfil orders through Shopify and our regular 3PL... no brainer to use Quicksync and customer service is amazing

Joseph was very helpful , typically most apps will have you onboard by yourself but Joseph handled the whole process which was amazing and the app so far seems promising!

Omar has taken a huge workload off me by syncing 30,000 products onto tiktok shop for me, he's also been giving me tips and help for the future if i ever get stuck on how to navigate syncing! Great help so far!

I encountered difficulties connecting my Shopify store to TikTok Shop, but as soon as I logged into the QuickSync website, an agent named Joseph promptly offered assistance. He was incredibly helpful in syncing my products and provided valuable suggestions to set everything up correctly. Joseph even shared some useful video links to help me learn more about the process. He continues to help every time I need assistance. Joseph's patience and clear explanations made the entire experience stress-free and efficient. You are not able to edit the product at all before syncing to TikTok. My store requires the ability to do this, and other apps are able to. This app is primarily just for syncing and nothing else. Not for product management through tiktok. Hard to maneuver through the app. Customer service is very helpful though.
