I encountered difficulties connecting my Shopify store to TikTok Shop, but as soon as I logged into the QuickSync website, an agent named Joseph promptly offered assistance. He was incredibly helpful in syncing my products and provided valuable suggestions to set everything up correctly. Joseph even shared some useful video links to help me learn more about the process. He continues to help every time I need assistance. Joseph's patience and clear explanations made the entire experience stress-free and efficient. I truly appreciate the exceptional support and would highly recommend their service to anyone in need of assistance!

You are not able to edit the product at all before syncing to TikTok. My store requires the ability to do this, and other apps are able to. This app is primarily just for syncing and nothing else. Not for product management through tiktok. Hard to maneuver through the app. Customer service is very helpful though.
