QuickSync for TikTok Shop

they have terrible customer service i tried to get help from their agents they assumed they were syncing my products but it turned out that only half of the data was synced

He continues to help every time I need assistance. His patience and clear explanations made the entire experience stress-free and efficient. I truly appreciate the exceptional support and would highly recommend their service to anyone in need of assistance!

My experience with this service has been nothing short of disappointing. The app is highly unreliable, working properly less than 10% of the time. When integration errors occur, it takes up to a week to resolve them—an unacceptable timeframe for any business. The management team seems completely indifferent to their customers' needs. I was promised a discounted rate for onboarding three stores, only to have it revoked without any warning. I discovered this change after being downgraded to the cheapest tier, which disabled syncing and left 50 TikTok orders unprocessed. It’s clear that their priority is profit, not customer satisfaction or honoring agreements. Although the customer service team is friendly, they lack the authority to make meaningful changes. To make matters worse, many of their 5-star reviews appear forced. Customers are pressured to leave positive reviews immediately after setup, often with a screenshot as proof. I strongly doubt many people continue using their service over time. Overall, this service is overpriced and unreliable. There are numerous better and more affordable alternatives that provide consistent functionality and genuine support without the hassle.

I had an excellent experience with Joseph while syncing my store's products to TikTok. After 2 weeks of hell and multiple failed attempts on my own and using the official app, Joseph quickly identified the problem and guided me through the process. He was incredibly patient, waiting for everything to load to ensure it worked perfectly. His support made all the difference! Thank you, Joseph for the incredible service. Highly recommend!

Updated feedback-Installed this app a few days a go, received an order and now cannot sync the order to shopify store to fulfill. Got in touch with support and they have to contact the developer which can take upto 48 hours. So disappointed, no idea what to do now. Cannot process the order at all. Do not install this app, major issues in syncing products, I cannot process/sync the order. Just lost sales because of this app. I have just installed quicksync and the support and guidance from Omar has been fantastic, he takes you through the whole process and guides you throughout the set up.Lets hope the app works for my business.

Great app to integrate Tiktok shop orders to Shopify. Plus, the service is outstanding and always there to help.

Still in the process of setting up at the time of this review but so far the customer support from Joseph has been world class. Super fast and responsive. The app set up so far is much easier than going through other options. This so far is #1 for anyone wanting to integrate to TikTok!
