It's absolutely convenient to use, frankly speaking, this is my first time using product sync app on Shopify, and I got some troubles in using it. I tried to reach them out, any I got assistance right away! The customer support agent helped me a lot and she's super nice. To sum up, I would say this is definitely a good app worth to try!

Every issue I have had, the customer service team has been super helpful in understanding why the issue occurred so next time I am able to avoid any setbacks. They have made a very stressful situation in setting up a tiktok shop to being so much easier.

This app is great so far, and Normie at customer support is incredibly helpful! Helped us to set up QuickSync to our TikTok shop seamlessly, in addition she helped to streamline the entire onboarding process, allowing me to go do other things while this ran in the background I'm looking forward to using this app soon

AVOID THIS APP AT ALL COSTS! Twice this app has had what the app support call a “bug”, it’s removed random inventory for over 750 different items and variety’s, this app has caused weeks and weeks of work! Incorrect inventory on both Shopify & TikTok and 3 stock takes to correct this “bug” lost massive amounts in sales due to my items being randomly removed completely out of stock.

This app is new to our business. The customer service support I’ve received has been exceptional. Omar (and Arianne) were so quick to answer emails with all the questions I had. Looking forward to continue working with them!
