App has been quick and easy to use, product has all been uploaded seamlessly and we've started seeing sales in Tik-Tok shop. Omar has been brilliant in assisting when we've come across any small issues. Recommended

This app is incredible and so is the customer support! I had trouble setting it up at first but Omar was helpful and quick to do his best to answer my questions. Now the app is syncing orders perfectly and it takes away such a frustration I had in the past. If you think this app is a good fit for your business, I recommend trying it now because for me it has worked very well.

I had a fantastic experience with Quicksync apps. Arianne was incredibly responsive and resolved my issue in no time. Thanks to her quick help, I can now sync my products from Shopify to TikTok Shop effortlessly. The app's efficiency and effectiveness are truly impressive. Unfortunately didnt sync well for tiktok for me to be a customer, prob more tiktok fault however I found both Omar and Joseph a pleasure to work with!

Khaled has been very hands on with the process. I am hoping the have my current orders to sync. The customer service has been right on time. I have been looking for direct answers instead of AI response and this was exactly what I needed. Part 2 w/ Omar: I received a message while reviewing my account from Omar who noticed some unsynced products and he immediately go on the problem. Typically in situations like this the customer would have to reach out to support but instead they are actually monitoring the accounts to insure the run smoothy and I appreciate that. I also received a direct email so I look forward to continuing to work with Omar if any other problem comes up instead of a new rep or AI.

Customer service is great! I had a pretty complicated syncing issue that the rep helped me with quickly and was very kind. They also gave me a breakdown of everything they did to help me move forward easily next time I have this issue. Much appreciated!
