This app is amazing, and the customer support has been exceptional! I ran into some setup issues initially, but Omar was quick to assist and answered all my questions thoroughly. Now, the app syncs orders seamlessly, solving a problem that used to cause me a lot of frustration. If you think this app could suit your business, I definitely recommend giving it a shot—it’s been a game-changer for me!

Now, the app syncs orders flawlessly, eliminating a major frustration I used to have. If you think this app could benefit your business, I highly recommend giving it a try—it’s worked great for me! After the setup i found out that we cant sync anything if we are printing the labels directly from tiktok. So In this case i have to unistall it. Its not really Quicksync's issue. its a limitation from tiktok and cant accuse quicksync for this.

It definitely does not synchronise the products. Of the 1170 products, only 2 of them were able to upload tiktok. I definitely do not recommend it.

The service has been a terrible experience overall. The app is unreliable, functioning properly less than 10% of the time. Resolving their integration errors takes up to a week, which is unacceptable for any business. The management team shows no regard for their customers. Despite being promised a discounted rate for onboarding three stores, they suddenly revoked the discount without any prior notice. I only discovered this when I was downgraded to the cheapest tier, resulting in syncing being turned off and 50 TikTok orders left unsynced. Their decision to prioritize profits over customer agreements is disappointing. While the customer service team is polite, they lack the authority to resolve any real issues. Overall, this service is not worth the cost. There are plenty of better, more affordable alternatives on the market that provide superior features and support.

On a warm Friday night, I took a leap of faith and signed up for an app in record time. You see, I normally do way too much research before purchasing or downloading ANYTHING, but this time I took action lighting fast with reckless abandon. Within minutes, I committed to giving a company $29 per month just so I could avoid having to sync 1347 skus. Once the process began, I say waiting for the magic to happen. Then, Normie appeared. As if heaven sent, she asked if I needed help. My response, "Probably". I mean, who can really say? She guided me through the export process, then began to sync the skus. I waited for a few minutes. Nothing was happening. Then she told me that it was being sorted and she's email me when it was done. Who even does that? Especially unprovoked. For a Shopify App? Needless to say, I am impressed. Add this tool to your e-commerce tool belt and if you are lucky enough to run into Normie, tell her I said "Hello".

wow. what a difference, tried do it manually through the TikTok app and Shopify and it was a disaster, nothing synced and process was confusing. almost gave up until I came across quicksync and specifically Omar, he made the process so easy and walked me through each step. Five stars all the way!!
