Great App, awesome support! We have it live on our site and it has given us tons of data to improve our products and customer experience.

It took a while to set it up perfectly. Gen helped me accomplish what I wanted and now the app does everything I had in mind. Superior customer support!

Hi Guys, this is dparfumgirl and this review is from the best part of me because the makers of this app have gone over and beyond for my store. They created a whole new functionality just for me(they created the currency sign specific to my location in literally less than 24 hours), the support has been amazing i mean they had two separate teams working for lil me. This is hands down the best app for your quizzes. Also since i installed it i have been able to generate revenue from it. Thank you Gen, Thank you AZ. you guys are the very best. I used this app as a quiz/selection tool to filter my apparel items on the site for customers and it is PERFECT! There were a few technical problems at first but the team worked really hard at resolving the issue and they did with consistent communication. They even followed up when I forgot to respond. I highly recommend this app!

I'm using Prehook as a lead funnel and WOW does it perform! It can be a little tricky/time consuming to set up, however Gen and team have been absolutely incredible with customer service and have helped me perfect my quiz, so don't be afraid to reach out if you get stuck. My mind is totally blown by the amount of customer data that's now pouring into my ESP...it almost seems too good to be true. DOWNLOAD THIS APP! You won't regret it.

I really enjoyed using this app and playing around with all the different features. The quiz funnel app is organized and clear and ready to help you. What I appreciate the most though is Gen, the creator. He cares a lot about user satisfaction and will dedicate his time to help them.

I cannot stress enough how happy we are to have found Prehook: Quiz funnels. Prehook offers so many robust features that made our quiz not only look amazing but truly conveyed our brand's voice. Creating this quiz seemed pretty daunting at first, but Co-founder Gen Furukawa is a wealth of knowledge and helped guide us every step of the way. He even helped build us a sample quiz! After researching a few other quiz platforms, I decided on Prehook: Quiz Funnels because of its tight integration with Shopify and Klaviyo. Co-founder Gen Furukawa has been incredibly helpful and responsive to my questions, so I can't fault the support. One of my questions was did Prehook have conditional logic, and Gen told me they were planning to implement the feature soon, and he now tells me they'll be rolling it out next week. He also built a sample quiz for me, and had some great suggestions. I don't have my first quiz live yet, but the UI seems really intuitive so far, and the app developers seem committed to continually improving what is already a very decent quiz app. Did I mention that it is incredible value compared to other quiz platforms - and free for up to 600 engagements per month?

This is the best quiz app we've used! It's helped us capture more leads and increase site revenue that is definitely incremental. 11/10!

We were using another well-known quiz builder app prior to discovering Prehook and Prehook blows anything I've tried out of the water. Their free plan has very reasonable limits and includes everything that you need, their UI is clean & easy to follow, and overall pretty easy to set up. What more can you ask for!?

I love this app. By far the easiest quiz builder app for Shopify store. We had a quiz up and running in 10 min with custom product recommendations. We wasted time with a few competitor products and this one outperformed them all by a longshot
