Très bonne expérience pour le moment, rapide, intuitif et Allan m'a déjà bien aidé pour régler un petit soucis. Il a été très efficace !

Excellent service client (même le dimanche, Patrick est top). Quelques améliorations nécessaires au niveau ergonomie de l'app (design, UX, UI), sinon c'est bien.

Très bien, beaucoup de fonction et tarif intéressant. il faut néanmoins penser à améliorer l'ergonomie car parfois c'est pas évident de trouver rapidement comment bien faire la config. mais le support a été d'une très grande aide. Merci à Emma.

Globalement l'application fait ce pour quoi elle est faites ! Il manque encore quelques fonctionnalités telles que le possibilité de modifier les prix des articles incluent dans le bundle créé car si le produit est déjà remisé alors c'est le prix remisé qui est choisi et non le prix de base... En tout cas, le service client est rapide à répondre et merci à Arthur pour son aide efficace !

Synes det er en så fed og nem app at navigere i. Jeg havde et problem, da jeg ikke læste rigtigt efter. Men efter at jeg kontaktede kundeservice, hvor jeg fik fat i Arthur, jeg løst det meget nemt og hurtigt. Virkelig god kundeservice fra ham. Den får dog kun 4 stjerner, da jeg synes det er dårligt man ikke kan lave flere forskellige tilbud med samme produkt.

I was excited about this app however as I went to set up the bundles I realized that it is a little limited for what I was hoping to use it for. I am looking for an app that will allow me to create bundles that I can add collections to the bundle that allows the customer to choose from different collections to make their bundle. Such as adding one style of earrings to the cart and then adding another 2 different styles to complete the buy 2 get one free bundle. This app does not offer that type of bundle and I am not even sure that it is possilbe. However when I reached out for help their customer service rep, Authur was very helpful, so thats bonus. I am not sure I will keep this app long term, but I will try one bundle set and see how it goes.

This is great for a free app. Unfortunately, it doesn't have the feature I need to bundle individual product listings. However, Arthur was very helpful and responsive in answering my questions.
