Dishonest support from David. I asked if there was multilingual functionality and was told "Yes don't worry, the bundle text will be automatically adapted to your customers language". When I asked what this meant, apparently it meant that customers can use their browser translation function. This is not multilingual functionality, is not automatic, and doesn't even work when the rest of the site is properly localised, as mine is. Other similar apps also don't have this functionality, but have been straightforward about that. David elected not to be (and then became slightly passive aggressive when challenged), hence the low rating.
