Be Careful Using Rapi I recently gave Rapi access to my store to assist with installing an app. Within two days, my Shopify store and Facebook Business Manager were hacked. I'm not directly accusing Rapi, but I want to point out that they were the only third party given access to my store during that time. Shortly after, I discovered nearly $16,000 in fraudulent Facebook ad charges under my business account. Please be extremely cautious when giving any company access to your sensitive business information.

Hi there, I was honestly very surprised to read your review, especially since you’ve kept the app and it’s been generating extra revenue for your store. Just to clarify, Rapi never requests or has access to your Facebook login or Business Manager. That’s technically impossible. What you’re describing can happen if someone buys Facebook accounts and doesn’t change the recovery email. Some sellers secretly keep access and come back later to take control. If that’s not the case, it’s likely coming from your internal team. collected a heap of 5 star reviews when the app was a free alternative then and bait and switch, now charging for your features. i would leave a one star for this practice

We’ve always been transparent, and even after introducing paid plans, we kept a free plan available for users who prefer not to upgrade. It has many bugs and some discount rule does not show. the discount does not show up on a newly added product if there is a new product added into a collection which is selected for the discount rule.

They don't offer translation into multiple languages via Shopify native Translate and Adapt and also the "product combo" feature is not working as expected. If you are using one product into a combo, you can't use it anymore in any other combo which makes absolutely no sense. Unfortunately, not a helpful app at all.

Thanks for your feedback. Since your review, we’ve introduced full support for Shopify’s native Translate & Adapt, so all text can now be translated across multiple languages.
