I had a question, and Patrick helped me within minutes! He explained everything in a simple, clear way that I understood right away, and the issue was fixed instantly. So far I'm really loving Rapi Bundles. Just landed the ability to increase my product offerings substantially so Rapi is going to really help a lot. Hopefully it can keep up...haha. As I push it, I may have some requests/ideas to request but i know the support at Rapi has been fantastic so far so I'm not concerned. Just today, I worked with Arthur in Rapi support and through live chat with Arthur, they were able to help guide me to resolve all of my questions and requests. Great app and great support. Rapi is easy to use and does exactly what I need. I had a couple of small issues setting up a bundle, and Patrick from support responded really quickly and helped me solve it right away. Highly recommend – both the app and the team behind it!
