Experiencia de 10 en la atención al cliente. Me atendió un chico llamado Patrick y todo perfecto con el, contestó súper rápido, solucionó mi problema al instante y muy buena persona. Así da gusto trabajar, un aumento de sueldo, gracias.

Je suis restée bloqué pendant un moment pour effectuer un réglage, j'ai contacté le support de Rapi et en même pas 5 minutes le problème fût réglé !

Rapi helped me build my store quickly and made it look professional. I was struggling with having one of the bundles choosing a variant, but the webchat assistant helped me fix this with a screenshare and quick advice. Emma was very helpful and so was David, Excited to see how this helps my store :)
