Arthur helped me with a strange discount bug. He solved the problem within 5 minutes. I thought this will drag it out to like more than a day. WOW thanks to Arthur for the fast and nice support!

I'm overall very happy with the Rapi app. It works great and meets all my needs. I did have a little issue, but when I reached out for help, Arthur was incredibly professional and friendly. He quickly resolved my problem and made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Fantastic app! Would rate it higher than 5 stars if I could. Any Shopify store that sells items in bulk should absolutely use this app. Able to customize offers/wording/colors. The customer support - you can't ask for better. Twice I asked questions and very fast response from both Arthur and Patrick so very much appreciated their assistance and patience since I'm not tech savvy. This app is customer user friendly!

Just installed. Like the initial look and feel. Reached out to Support and Patrick was very helpful. It was really early in the morning and he was available and was able to answer my questions quickly. I am looking forward to seeing what this app can do.
