My store uses Theme 1.0, which often experiences compatibility issues with some apps. With my previous bundle app, I had to email support and wait days for a response since they didn’t offer live support. Today, I switched to the Rapi app, and Arthur immediately resolved my issue! He was incredibly helpful and efficient. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent UI. Seamless integration. Great value! Edit: Installing this app is still one of the best decisions I've made since switching to Shopify - it has been a game changer. My AOV is up 45% this year because of Rapi!

Super easy to use! ! I encountered difficulties during use, so I contacted customer service and they quickly helped me solve it! I have to mention that Patrick was really meticulous and patient in helping me answer my questions! Five-star praise!

I just installed Rapi, and so far, the experience has been great. The support, especially from Patrick, has been super helpful and quick to answer my questions. I'm looking forward to exploring the app further and trying out all its features. It seems very promising!
