I just launched my new store and was looking for some quantity breaks option for my product page to boost conversion. I stumbled upon Rapi. It's very user friendly and customizable plus their customer service is topnotch. Arthur guided me with my questions on setting it up and he knew what was the problem right away.

J'ai mis 5 étoiles pour plusieurs raisons : D'abord Dav et Patrick ont répondu à toutes mes questions et ont été très patients (plus que moi) :-) Grace à eux, on sait que on peut toujours trouver une solution. Merci ! Petite mention spéciale à Arthur qui s'est occupé de la MAJ de la nouvelle version et qui fonctionne à merveille ! Ensuite, l'app est vraiment très cool. La mise en place est assez intuitive, l'ergonomie est très bonne et le fonctionnement semble bon, même si je n'ai encore de recul pour affirmer ça. Il est aussi évident que l'intégration dans des thèmes customisés est plus touchy. De même qu'il faut sans doute bien choisir les produits pour que les bundles soient rentables. La rendre gratuite est un énorme point positif et ça donne envie de découvrir les autres outils. Encore merci !

Un vrai coup de cœur. Application hyper intuitive et facile à utiliser, même pour les novices. J'ai pu créer des packs de produits en un clin d'œil. En plus, le service client est au top ! J'ai eu un petit souci technique au début, et David du service client qui a été super sympa, efficace et réactif. Il a résolu mon problème en quelques minutes.
