After previously updating our review due to a technical issue, I would like to revise it again to reflect the final outcome. The problem we experienced was ultimately related to changes in Shopify, which required some adjustments on our side for the app to function correctly. Throughout this process, Marouane and the Rapi technical team were extremely committed and supportive, following up consistently and helping us troubleshoot until everything was fully resolved. I want to publicly thank Marouane and the entire Rapi team for their dedication, patience, and professionalism. Their willingness to stay engaged and ensure the issue was solved made a real difference. This app is easy to use and we got great customer service from Arthur.

I've tried several apps, and I've finally found the one that suits me. There's finally an option to upload your own icons, which allows you to visually showcase things like quantity discounts. All the other apps require an expensive subscription for this feature. I had one or two issues, but thanks to Arthur from customer service, I discovered that the problem was actually with my theme—and I was even able to fix it with his help! You've got yourself a loyal customer now!

This app is simple and powerful. In just a few clicks, we were able to deploy quantity discounts throughout our store. You can create different discounts for different products, or a single discount policy for all products. You can easily add or exclude specific products. You don't even need to do anything to your templates -- it just works! We had one tech issue that Patrick was able to resolve in about 3 minutes.
