I used this app to help improve user experience and therefore sales - I really like how it has allowed better exposure of products in search - I now need to go into the back end admin and apply some fine tuning and I have no doubt the experience will be even better! Thank you developer! The support extended by Matt so far has been great!

Had some questions about how the results were displaying and Matt was an amazing help! When I asked I was expecting it to be a long conversation with a lot of back and forth explanation but he understood exactly what I needed and explained what my options were. He also gave me some useful articles. Very pleased about that and also learnt about more smart search functionalities that I wasn't aware of before!

This app is just what I was looking for. It works well although small issue with the indexing I think. Hope this can be resolved.

The app is great lots of personalization features. Offers a great free plan with options to upgrade for premium. Also the support is quick and professional. I will certainly upgrade in the near future.

App stopped working. Support seems like they have better things to do than support their app. Estimated 1 -2 weeks to fix their app which stopped working.

The initial estimate was given to you based on the rareness of your theme and the complexity of the issue. However, you are completely right that the resolution cannot wait this long.
