Been using this app for about 6 months now. Love it, wouldn't go back. Gives good suggestions even on bad spelling. Great to see what customers are searching for, and refine what they see/make sure they see what they are actually wanting. This is a real 5 star search.

Having hundreds of product's I wanted a more intuitive / useful search, this app was recommended to us a by a business coach and it is a massive improvement on the default Shopify app and can definitely see how it will improve conversion rates. I had to contact the developers for support and spoke with Matt who was great, he answered my questions and gave lots of other helpful advice. Highly recommend this app!

Had some questions about how the results were displaying and Matt was an amazing help! When I asked I was expecting it to be a long conversation with a lot of back and forth explanation but he understood exactly what I needed and explained what my options were. He also gave me some useful articles. Very pleased about that and also learnt about more smart search functionalities that I wasn't aware of before!

App stopped working. Support seems like they have better things to do than support their app. Estimated 1 -2 weeks to fix their app which stopped working.
