So far so good! Still in trial period but it does what I want with no coding on my part. I love the functionality of this app!! I had a slight problem but Matt cleared it up for me in a very short time frame. I am very happy with the customer service! Would recommend!!

The customer service first & foremost is incredible. The live chat rep stayed on the chat with me until I got what I wanted. The app itself is great, very responsive, has tons of features and the suggestive search is super powerful. Best search app on the market in my opinion.

This is a fantastic and possibly the best search app on Shopify with many useful features on admin and fine results on customer areas. The app works as described, definitely much and much better than Shopify native search as it always gives relevant search results even with typos. The support team is sincere, which would respond sooner or later to all queries and issues.

We've had the app installed since 2022, paying $9 a month. During that time, I was not able to change the colour of the main search bar to match my store, and quite often, search results could not be clicked on for no apparent reason. This past month, the search function was also disabled halfway through the month, meaning we lost all search functionality on our store. This is wholly unprofessional, especially considering the app is being paid for.
We regret that you changed your 5★ review to 1★ and we're truly sorry for any inconvenience. We’ve already reached out via email to resolve the issue of the search being disabled after exceeding your subscription plan’s limits, and we would be happy to investigate and help resolve the other questions as well! We truly value that you’ve been with us since 2022, and it’s disappointing to hear about your experience — our team would love the chance to make things right.

The apps works really fine and is easy te configure! And for the few questions I had the support helped me really fast. So in no time I was able to implement this great search box.
