Support is good, the app is good. BUT THEY LIE ABOUT THE NUMBER OF SEARCHES & ROI. PLEASE BE AWARE THEY WILL TRY TO HIKE THE NUMBER OF SEARCHES TO MAKE MORE MONEY!!!!!!

This is a must-have app if you are looking to take the search capabilities of your store to the next level. There are so many options to choose from to create a highly customizable search UI for your visitors. Customer support is outstanding. Very easy to customize the searches so I'm getting the results I want. Excellent customer service that has dealt with me pestering them constantly for the first two weeks using this! I had previously tried Searchandise, but the search results weren't half as good as RapidSearch. I know that when my customers spell something wrong in a search, the RapidSearch widget will come up with the right result anyway. RapidSearch has been working with me to make their app compatible with my theme, Symmetry, and while it isn't perfect yet, I appreciate their attempts to make it work.

With 15,000 products, a search function is very important to us. After trying several Apps this one seems to be the best. Instant search looks very good and works perfectly after setting everything up properly. AI seems to work well. Support can also set everything right in your theme. Recommend this app for anyone who has a large complex range! Robin

It helps my customer narrow or widen their search results as they please and has been a source of considerable increase in our revenue. The Rapid Search AI Bar & Filter link is what I use to market on Instagram as well, so instead of looking for one product, my customers are now open to view similar products with the Rapid Search link. This is great!

I really wanted to love this app, but it doesn't allow for filtering via variant meta-fields. I understand majority of business owners will use the product meta-fields, but for someone who deals with fragrances and many options, it would be easier for my customer base to drill down by mood, fragrance or scent family. I've reach out via email but have not received a response. Maybe if this feature is added in the future, I'll be back.

I was initially critical of the system regarding how they count sessions, however I have to commend the customer service for getting in touch and doing all they can to alleviate my concerns and I am now a subscriber to the app. So credit to them for that. I am still not a fan of the AI responses, as clever as it is (Very clever!) it lacks the human touch required when someone doesn't understand the subject in detail. The app itself in my opinion is the best out there in terms of function vs simplicity, it is also a reasonable price. I look forward to continuing to use the app.
Hello! We differentiate the pricing based on sessions, but the main statistics we provide are search statistics. Your screenshot showed ~2,4k sessions for the last 7 days so we can first assume that your monthly sessions exceed our Basic 1's plan that allows up to 5,000 sessions, but we will be more than happy to confirm this with you. :) We just sent you an email to sort this out, we look forward to hearing from you.
