Super happy to have switched from another filter App to this App - it does everything I need, and more. Super helpful staff who helped me integrate and customise the installation/set up (thanks Matt!) and ensured it was working perfectly and looking professional. I like how you can have filters for Tags and only show select Tags. Thanks so much for your help guys, I recommend the App to anyone.

No option for sorting items from newly added to old ones. that's a big missing and If you uninstall this app you will need a developer to clean caches.

I have to update my review. This app is extremely expensive compared to others, and the full price isn't listed on the info page. It can quickly go above $50/month, and goes all the way up to $340/month for unlimited searches. That being said, if you don't care about the price it's an excellent app, but there are others like it.
Hi! Thank you for your review! Unfortunately, Shopify has limitations on the number of packages that can be displayed. The full pricing details can be viewed on a separate link, which is how most of our competitors handle this as well. Compared to our competitors, we are more affordable for users with a large number of products. Unfortunately, this strategy is not working well in your case, I must admit. The extended search, which includes our collections and blog posts, ensures that all our content is easily discoverable. The result has been a direct, positive impact on customer engagement and satisfaction. The integration was seamless, and the benefits were immediate. For any Shopify store, especially one with a specialized inventory like ours, I can't recommend Rapid Search enough.

Rapid Search is a fantastic app that really adds priceless functionality to the search. It's a must-have app in my opinion and I'll always recommend it to Shopify store owners. Their customer service is excellent as well. Very helpful!

The app applies its own design to the collection pages (in addition to the filtering options) that completely distorted our original layout, such as image sizes, typography, etc, causing a branding problem. It was explained by the team that they are unable to add their filter menus to other designs or themes, so they use the general app design. This didn't work for us and we had to uninstall the app.

We've been using this app for a while now & it's superb. The integration with Out of the Sandbox / Pixel Union themes is flawless & the support from the tech team is first rate. You really need this app to grow your store - it's worth every penny. UPDATE: 4/3/25 They are trying to push us onto a higher price plan & have limited the smart search - other providers do not do this. Time to try another search app. Uninstalling....
