Rebeka from the Support team provided a great alternative to hiding prices in the search feature by using a "hide-price" tag. Their developers added a condition to apply this within Rapid Search without affecting other areas. We appreciate their prompt support and effective solution!

Great app and great team behind it offering a great service. There are various parameters that you can use or not according to your needs, personally, and so far, I am very satisfied and it generally meets the needs of my spare parts business which is quite specific. Good work Rapid Search !

Support is good, the app is good. BUT THEY LIE ABOUT THE NUMBER OF SEARCHES & ROI. PLEASE BE AWARE THEY WILL TRY TO HIKE THE NUMBER OF SEARCHES TO MAKE MORE MONEY!!!!!!

Very easy to customize the searches so I'm getting the results I want. Excellent customer service that has dealt with me pestering them constantly for the first two weeks using this! I had previously tried Searchandise, but the search results weren't half as good as RapidSearch. I know that when my customers spell something wrong in a search, the RapidSearch widget will come up with the right result anyway. RapidSearch has been working with me to make their app compatible with my theme, Symmetry, and while it isn't perfect yet, I appreciate their attempts to make it work.
