With 15,000 products, a search function is very important to us. After trying several Apps this one seems to be the best. Instant search looks very good and works perfectly after setting everything up properly. AI seems to work well. Support can also set everything right in your theme. Recommend this app for anyone who has a large complex range! Robin

It helps my customer narrow or widen their search results as they please and has been a source of considerable increase in our revenue. The Rapid Search AI Bar & Filter link is what I use to market on Instagram as well, so instead of looking for one product, my customers are now open to view similar products with the Rapid Search link. This is great!

I really wanted to love this app, but it doesn't allow for filtering via variant meta-fields. I understand majority of business owners will use the product meta-fields, but for someone who deals with fragrances and many options, it would be easier for my customer base to drill down by mood, fragrance or scent family. I've reach out via email but have not received a response. Maybe if this feature is added in the future, I'll be back.

I was initially critical of the system regarding how they count sessions, however I have to commend the customer service for getting in touch and doing all they can to alleviate my concerns and I am now a subscriber to the app. So credit to them for that. I am still not a fan of the AI responses, as clever as it is (Very clever!) it lacks the human touch required when someone doesn't understand the subject in detail. The app itself in my opinion is the best out there in terms of function vs simplicity, it is also a reasonable price. I look forward to continuing to use the app.
Hello! We differentiate the pricing based on sessions, but the main statistics we provide are search statistics. Your screenshot showed ~2,4k sessions for the last 7 days so we can first assume that your monthly sessions exceed our Basic 1's plan that allows up to 5,000 sessions, but we will be more than happy to confirm this with you. :) We just sent you an email to sort this out, we look forward to hearing from you. I had a very bad experience with this app. When I downloaded the app it messed up my theme. My site is connected to a completely different Shopify store I own, when I click the logo (home) it takes the customer to a completely different website. It is also impossible to add anything to cart any longer. I deleted the app, tried to delete all the code but nothing. This issue is on the refresh theme, I published two other themes to check if I still had the same issues and they are working fine with no issues. I contacted Shopify, they said it’s an issue with code and they can’t help so I need to contact the app developer. I did and the next day they responded and asked for access to my store. I thought this was great I’ll get it all sorted, but they logged in once and did nothing. I’ve been emailing them for a few days with no response and I received another access request which I accepted and still nothing. I have a website sitting there that I can’t use that I spent hours customising. I’m literally going to have to do this all over again with a new theme just because of downloading this app. I would not recommend this app

We also reached out via your website's contact form and our app chat, but it seems our messages might have gone to spam or been filtered out. Could you please provide us with an alternative phone number or schedule a Zoom meeting so we can resolve this matter? The phone number we have on file hasn't been successful in reaching you. We resolved your issue two days ago but haven't received any response. Also, our investigation found that the "Add to cart" issue you had on your store was unrelated to Rapid Search!

The app is very good and self-explanatory, the AI does most of the work, you can then do the fine work manually and has a fully functional search bar that works precisely. The support is also super friendly and quick to respond to queries, keep it up!

Amazing app. Even better support! I've tried a lot of search engines over my time. Rapid AI was really easy to navigate and install. Had what I needed up and running super quick. Matt helped me re-position my widgets and search bars which was really great. He replied within a minute which was refreshing to get that prompt help I needed.
