No option to integrate via API credentials. Stuck with Axis UniPG account powered by Razorpay.

Poor Experience with the support team. 1. Took all the time in the world to respond to my magic checkout queries, and that too didnt resolve it. 3 days to even respond, and even after not resolving the issue during one troubleshooting call, took another 3 days to get back.. You will not be able to make money if your website checkout process is this unreliable. 2. They had multiple business owners in the resolution call, i find it strange that your shopify store is shared in front of everyone. it was very unprofessional setup 3. It was a sea difference experience with the initial support vs later support. Giving 2 stars as 1 star is too poor, but again you are losing sales if your business is not up and running after marketing your website.

Tried to contact the customer support for onbaording and setup and really disappointed. Very worst customer support experience.

Very worst support team, you couldn't connect with them directly or talk directly. Hard to activate and hard to get connect with support. They must set-up a team for walk through or installation check-up etc., since it affects the functionality of checkout page. May be in future after some months they will solve these issues..
