The merchant support is terrible, there is no way to get any resolution done
try once. if having issue with implementation or have query then uninstall it and find other solution becuase there are no one will help you to fix issue or resolve your query. it's has be 4-5 days and still didn't found solution on my issues. also there are no proper documentation.
No option to integrate via API credentials. Stuck with Axis UniPG account powered by Razorpay.
Be careful before you use this app!! support team create ticket only no result i suggest go with gokwik integration or other any integration as this not good app Very bad experience with the support team; they just come with many merchants and do fast integration and if there is issue in integration, no one responds to you
Very bad onboarding experience with Razorpay Magic Checkout. The team is not helpful and shows no real interest in onboarding new customers. Communication is slow, and support feels unprofessional. If you’re looking for smooth integration and responsive service, I would suggest exploring other payment solutions.
A lot of bugs. Sales team will keep you call till you onboard. Post that any issue you have they don't care to reply to your emails. Many of the things doesn't work properly.
