Razorpay COD & Magic Checkout

Terrible support.

Absolutely bad! it shows I need to install 2 razor pay apps, when I am trying to the second app shopify doesn't allow me to since I already have one installed, what the fucking hell is this??

This is the most "Oombifyed" app I've ever used. The customer support is terrible they don't value your time and failed to resolve my issue. They attempted to fix it, but instead created another bug. I wouldn't recommend this app. Save yourself the frustration and use a different one.

The magic checkout is stopping my customer to make the payment. I was not sure from when this is started happening. I do check my payment methods once in a week. There is no resolution quickly, we have to wait for 24-48 hours

The merchant support is terrible, there is no way to get any resolution done

try once. if having issue with implementation or have query then uninstall it and find other solution becuase there are no one will help you to fix issue or resolve your query. it's has be 4-5 days and still didn't found solution on my issues. also there are no proper documentation.

No option to integrate via API credentials. Stuck with Axis UniPG account powered by Razorpay.

Poor Experience with the support team. 1. Took all the time in the world to respond to my magic checkout queries, and that too didnt resolve it. 3 days to even respond, and even after not resolving the issue during one troubleshooting call, took another 3 days to get back.. You will not be able to make money if your website checkout process is this unreliable. 2. They had multiple business owners in the resolution call, i find it strange that your shopify store is shared in front of everyone. it was very unprofessional setup 3. It was a sea difference experience with the initial support vs later support. Giving 2 stars as 1 star is too poor, but again you are losing sales if your business is not up and running after marketing your website.

Very bad onboarding experience with Razorpay Magic Checkout. The team is not helpful and shows no real interest in onboarding new customers. Communication is slow, and support feels unprofessional. If you’re looking for smooth integration and responsive service, I would suggest exploring other payment solutions.

Our primary objective of reducing fake orders has been very successful. We have not received any fake orders after installing the magic check out of Razorpay. It filters the customer using OTP which can mean a little extra work for the customers, but this authentication results in genuine sales and that is certainly worth it.

Razorpay is good to go for our brand till now. They have seamless process for everything.

Good App. We are using both Payment Gateway and magic check out of Razorpay, its seamless. I am giving 4 out of 5 stars because few of my customers complained that they had to fill their payment details twice.

I am very happy with the app. Everything is very well streamlined as the checkout and payments happen timely. The messages confirming the same are also received on time. Overall I am very satisfied. No issues encountered so far at all.
