Happy customer Having the proper automations active is a must. React Flow can do more automations than the basic Shopify supports, so for us its really necessary. When our configurations failed to work, then the support will help to fix it.

One of the teams reps, Sergey was great at walking us through a very specific use-case scenario while we were deciding if this was the app for us. The entire team was very responsive, helpful and quick to offer new solutions (including adding custom conditions and variables that weren't yet built into the defaults). Sergey has really helped me install this app. i have been using shopify flow app but its not as advance as this app. would recommend this one as the support is great

Love this app for simple coding that I need done daily! Such as weekly product low inventory reports and tagging new products to appear in the right collection. I'm learning how to set up conditional codes which is quite enjoyable to learn.

A must have app. We use it to monitor out of stock products and tag orders. The ways it is built is really easy to use. Exceptional.

The app is fantastic and so is the customer service. Everyone is extremely polite and helpful. When they found an area of improvement, they made the update in just a matter of days and let me know when it was ready to go. I'm using this app to transfer Cart Attributes/Order Notes to Order Metafields. So far, this is the only free app that will let customers do that, and it's so much easier to do than in any of the paid apps!

Fills all the gaps left by Shopify. Variable email addresses is the best part, you can send custom messages out to customers based on definable criteria. Well made app with quick customer support. Can't believe its free.
