One of the teams reps, Sergey was great at walking us through a very specific use-case scenario while we were deciding if this was the app for us. The entire team was very responsive, helpful and quick to offer new solutions (including adding custom conditions and variables that weren't yet built into the defaults). I've worked with a lot of dev teams as a freelance web developer and I have to say: their service is outstanding!

I've been using this app for around a week and so far, I like it. It has a lot of functionality built in, and has the capacity to create complex work flows. Building your first flow may take a while as each flow offers a tonne of customization, but so far I'm impressed and I've begun using this app over another I was previously using.

Love this app for simple coding that I need done daily! Such as weekly product low inventory reports and tagging new products to appear in the right collection. I'm learning how to set up conditional codes which is quite enjoyable to learn.

The app is fantastic and so is the customer service. Everyone is extremely polite and helpful. When they found an area of improvement, they made the update in just a matter of days and let me know when it was ready to go. I'm using this app to transfer Cart Attributes/Order Notes to Order Metafields. So far, this is the only free app that will let customers do that, and it's so much easier to do than in any of the paid apps!

Fills all the gaps left by Shopify. Variable email addresses is the best part, you can send custom messages out to customers based on definable criteria. Well made app with quick customer support. Can't believe its free.
