Couldn't be happier with the app, the automation creation process is very user friendly and you can't beat the price. Way better than Shopify's app, lots o' love to this Ukrainian team!

Requested a feature. Got a reply quickly saying they are based in Ukraine and current situations means they can't guarantee when they can add it in. Week or so later, they got back saying they've added it in. Completely un-expected, but after testing, everything works exactly as requested. These guys are legends! App saved a large flow bypass we would have had to use Zapier for, and made it super simple. Can't recommend enough!

J'ai utilisé cette application pour recevoir une notification par email quand le stock de mes produits descend en dessous de 10 pièces. C'est parfait ! Excellent support qui a bien aidé à la mise en place.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do, very logical and easy to use. I use it to alert staff of new orders, and to trigger fulfilments.

We used this app for stock notifications, useful and free! We also have that to cancel orders, a problem came up but the assistance was great!

I really like the UI of this App, including the part where it integrates perfectly within the Shopify UI (which is rarely the case for apps). Even customer support is built in! It is very intuitive and it does what it promises. I have contacted support (via chat) to help me out with a problem I couldn't immediately solve, they understood it immediately and promptly pointed me at a potential solution. On a Saturday! I have given a few suggestions on how I think the app could be made even better, and this was appreciated and added to their roadmap. In conclusion, excellent user experience on all fronts!

I am BLOWN AWAY by the dedication and service of the support staff. They worked with me to create a flow that will be very useful to us. Spent more than a few hours with me working on it and finally succeeding. They went above and beyond. This app can seriously do so many cool things I'm so very excited to use it now that I have seen its potential.

A super-intuitive app to use, and has helped us automate some elements of our fulfilment process that we thought would be impossible (or at least, very expensive)!

We added this app to automate auto-fulfillment of items that don’t require shipping. The support team was super helpful in trying to help us set this up, but we came to the conclusion this was not a current capability. So, they added it to their roadmap for their next release! Awesome team, amazing support for merchants. Can’t wait to see what else we can automate!

I am wowed by the level of service provided! I needed some functionality that was not existing, their team worked hard to understand what exactly I needed, and once they got it, within a few hours had it included in the app!
