The app works okay, but has a lot of issues. Not everything works smoothly. But having tech-issues is not the problem. The problem is that the app support is seriously the worst I have ever had in the Shopify eco-system. They need days for a response and are not even reading the tickets thoroughly. This has cost us lots of resources and money.

ich hab die App für mein Onlineshop benutzt, und esm ist wie ein einfacher Weg, alle Produkte in Kaufland auch zu integrieren. ich muss also sagen, dass sie eine wirklich hilfsbereite Support Team haben. lg omid

We were looking for an for an app to integrate our Kidsimply store with the Kaufland.de marketplace and read really good reviews for this app. So far, we have been extremely with the service received. We had experienced some challenges exporting our products but Anas our contact person has been amazing and very supportive. We have really appreciated the efforts put into resolving our issues at all times of the day and the quick responsiveness as well as the patients. Support and services deserves more than a 5 star,really amazing. Whenever we encountered an error, Anas was there to help us solve that specific problem! We 100% recommend this app to all sellers looking for Shopify > Kaufland integration. Super app and a super team!

App works great and automatically for us to receive and send orders from Kaufland to Shopify and back. If there were any bugs or hickups the service team was very helpful and responsive via the whatsapp chat support. I can recommend this if you are using Kaufland.de to sell a larger catalogue.

I am using this App to sync the products, orders etc. from Shopify to Kaufland and I stumbled upon an Error with EAN as only 13/14 digits were being accepted. The support team guided me through how to fix it and were continously in touch till the whole setup has been done!

Achtung diese App ist auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen. Voller Bugs und die Übertragung funktioniert nicht richtig. Damit kann man sich einen erheblichen Schaden zufügen. Die Software ist voller Bugs. Die Bestellungen werden nicht vollständig abgerufen. Die verschiedenen Felder wie Lieferadressen und Rechnungsadressen werden nicht vollständig übertragen sowie das Feld Firmenanschrift. Dazu ist der Support nicht fähig dies zu lösen. Was noch schlimmer ist die MwSt. wird nicht auf den Rechnungen bei den Bestellungen von Kaufland zu Shopify ausgewiesen. Das ist höchst geschäftsschädigend. Dadurch wurde unsere Kundenreputation geschädigt da die Ware aufgrund der nicht vorhandenen Bestellungen nicht ausgeliefert werden konnte. Mal abgesehen davon das die Buchhaltung einen doppelten aufwand hatte die Rechnungen zu korrigieren.

Ich benutze die App jetzt seit einem Monat. Nachdem ich ein Problem mit meiner Rechnungsstellung hatte, hat man sich super um mich gekümmert. Jetzt ist alles okay und läuft einwandfrei. Super Service, der zu jeder Tageszeit sehr zeitnah antwortet und auf jede Frage eingeht. Ich kann die App nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir nutzen diese App nun seit 3 Monaten, zu Anfang gab es Startschwierigkeiten, jede Bestellung musste manuell nachgearbeitet werden, da Straße mit Hausnummer vertauscht waren, aber nachdem 2 unserer Verbesserungsvorschläge bzgl. der Adressfelder und einer automatisierten Auftragsabholung erfolgreich von den Entwicklern umgesetzt wurden kann das System nun Produktiv eingesetzt werden. Der Support kommuniziert sehr gut. Vielen dank. App ist zu empfehlen.

Hallo, am Anfang ist die App etwas kompliziert. Jedoch haben wir direkt einen freundlichen sowie schnellen Support per Whatsapp erhalten. Mittlerweile haben wir die Übertragung erfolgreich überstanden und verstanden. :)

Still some work to be done to get this app to 100%, however thanks to the supportive team behind the app who have helped me optimise the app to connect my Kaufland & Shopify accounts all the product listings & orders are now flowing perfectly. I can't thank them enough for all their assistance and recommend the app!

App ist etwas kompliziert, die Funktionen sind aber gut. Der support ist super und schnell. Fotos kommen leider nicht alle wie im shop rüber können aber bei Kaufland nachgearbeitet werden. In summe gut. Besser als Kaufland manuell zu pflegen.

ich weiss nicht, wer diese App autorisiert hat, diese Anbindung funktioniert überhaupt nicht! Bilder und Daten werden falsch (von anderen Händlern vermischt) wiedergegeben, was sehr problematisch sein kann mit anderen Verkäufern. Kaufland selbst, weiss nichts von dieser App und hilft da auch nicht weiter! Der Support verweist auf Attribute, welche mit Shopify nicht darzustellen sind. Absolut nicht zu gebrauchen!
