We started using this App about 2 months ago and is really a game changer. You can support your customers on multiple channels and have multiple CSR working at the same time. We love the workflow automation, Cues and so many other features. Their Support and Onboarding team is awesome. Thanks Dakota and the rest of the Team for all your help!

This app is really impressive. I've only been using for a couple of days but their help desk is super fast and helpful. I've just watched all the demo videos and honestly am blown away by what it can do. And the price is really good too. It's already working really well and I haven't even started with the FAQ features yet.

Its a really nice app with lots of useful features. Also, the support team is really friendly and helpful in resolving issues.

Reamaze is our third attempt at a customer friendly and user friendly Chat app. While every experience with Chat has had its challenges, Reamze has a solid onboarding process. You have to commit to reading, listening and viewing the tutorials like everything, although every question I have is in the documentation. I have had around 10 interactions with their support team and that pushed me from a 4 Stars to a 5 Stars. If you can't find or understand the need, chat their team and they are great. We started with one employee three years ago and now have 10 and continue to grow. Two words of advice, be patient - be open to new ways of doing something. OK. 10 words of advice. In getting deeper in to the documentation, I can see how this App can help our business grow from a simple chat response in to a full automated service tool.

We're using Re:Amaze for a while. Switched to Re:Amaze from Gorgias. The pricing is much more flexible in comparison to Gorgias. Also, the Support Team is much more responsive and helpful. The Onboarding and whole migration were not that easy, but this is just because I've never done this before and never used Re:Amaze. Having Support Team assistance during our transition period is great because it makes this process much easier. I like Re:Amaze, because it fulfills all our needs at this moment.

We've been working with Re:Amaze for a few weeks now and the onboarding experience has been quite frustrating. There are a lot limitations that are not made known on their pitch which was basically a sped through, "everything is possible" pitch. For example, you cannot edit an email subject (and this is not on their roadmap) so when a customer fills out our contact form, we receive an email with the subject "New Customer Message...{date and time}" but there is no way to edit the subject to "Thank you for contacting us" or anything a bit more customer friendly. There is no real "onboarding" or help with training on the platform other than a bunch of reading and some short videos. Also questions to support are met with language and answers that are unique to Re:Amaze and therefore confusing. The support is also frustrating. The team is quick to respond with links to articles detailing technical set ups but are not great at answering direct questions or only giving partial answers. The app has some good functionality but limited flexibility and has quite a long way to go before it truly works for our needs. I'm hoping to give it some more time and to be able to add stars to this review but currently, this is only adding a ton of time and not saving us any time at this point, as intended.
Hi there! Thank you for the candid review. We apologize if the demo portrayed things in a different light. Due to time constraints, we try to cover a lot of ground in the hour-long sessions. For email subject lines, this is possible if you turn on the subject line field for the Re:amaze contact form. Once emails are sent however, subject lines are no longer editable. If you're using a 3rd party contact form, then Re:amaze has no control over the interface. As for our support quality, we will definitely take your feedback to heart and make sure to do better in the future. We have used Reamaze for a while and we are more than happy with it. It has all the features we need and it's not overpriced. And the support is great as well. Highly recommended!

This is an awesome app for small businesses. You can build custom chatbots, set workflows, and the FAQ site is clutch.

It's so great knowing we always have quick Re:amaze help on standby through the live chat--everything is quite intuitive to begin with, but for those days where your brain is a bit slow to wake up they are always ready to help get things done!

I was looking for a help desk system so that I could optimize customer support. I was not so much interested in chat as in a centralized view of customers (IG, FB, Mail, Shopify, Chat) and their problems. This is the only way I can best help. Now I'm excited about chat, FAQ, shopify integration, workflows, intents etc. There is still a lot I want to discover and use, but there is still time before peak season. One star deduction. Why? Price. I would like to see more tiered pricing. My 1-level support doesn't need all the features by a long shot, but I still have to pay per user for the full package. Unfortunately that does not fit! I think Re:Amaze and I need to talk about this again. Can I still recommend it? Absolutely! Once you have a significant amount of customers and orders, you need it.

The best of the best support desk / chat systems I have used. The most amazing thing with Reamaze was the ability to add multiple brands for a very very low cost. I have all my brands in one dashboard, and never miss a single customer query. Since it's connected to shopify, it gives me all info about a customer who I am talking to. Amazing job guys!

The absolute best support app BY FAR! I have used Gorgais, Intercom, ZenDesk, and MANY others... Nothing comes close to Reamaze. Not only is the product itself significantly better, but most importantly, the support is INCREDIBLE!!! By far the best support I have ever received from any piece of software in my 25+ year career! Use Reamaze, you will not regret it!!! It's not just better for the money -- it is just plain better!!! Gorgais and the rest do not come close.

We recently switched to Re:Amaze from another customer service helpdesk application and our experience so far has been great. The support team is so helpful and accommodating. We are happy to have made the switch!

The multichannel experience that Reamaze gives is what we need, especially with the whatsapp number working with Twilio. I´m working on flows and automations to saves us even more time!

We've been using Reamaze for about half a year now. We love app! Saves us a ton of time. That said, lately we've been getting lots of error messages from their site re overload, page 404, etc. As a result, I posted a 1 star review. Reamaze immediately got in touch with me and the app is running again. They say they had some issues scaling, but that these issues are under control now. Therefore, I am revising my review back to 5 stars, with the hope and understanding that Reamaze will do what it takes to scale their platform without usage interruptions. Customer service is mission-critical, which means that frequent platform outages are not acceptable. Keep up the good work, Reamaze.

Our team was immediately notified and we made the decision to switch over to alternative providers. Unfortunately, this process incurred a few additional issues, which required us to fully take down the platform in order to bring things back up. Re:amaze has since recovered and is 100% stable. After trialling several CMS systems we've settled in and paid for this one. Really pleased with it. Sleek interface, easy to set up, navigate, and use. Lots of updates improving what they offer. Their live chat helpers are really helpful too and take the time to answer your questions thoroughly.
