Fantastic app that maximises our stores revenue. But the best is the support, never had support as quickly or as in depth as what I receive from Recapture. Would recommend to any store. Great value for money too. 5 star all round

This is the best app for marketing on shopify. If you want the best app for your shop you cannot go wrong here with Recapture. Working with Dave since I was with my BigCommerce shop many years ago, he is the best. Increased sales, increased customers, increased customers satisfaction. I cannot thank Recapture enough. There are so many options with Shopify for Email marketing App's, and through some internal bad decisions we implemented some very poor and also expensive email marketing Apps which simply had a negative affect on our business. We sought a new provider and found Dave at Recapture through an industry peer and frankly we are delighted with everything so far. Dave has been a fantastic resource for support with some challenges we faced and overall the entire package from Recapture is exemplary and very good value for money. Absolutely LOVE this app! Don't know how I got along without it!!! I can't say enough about it! The app is easy to use and works incredibly well. Saves me so much time and does what I need it to do. The information I get from it is exactly what I have been looking for! Customer service is top notch and I mean top-notch. Customer service was great. It's a busy time of year and the last thing you want to do is deal with learning a new app. They helped me set it up and I immediately started recovering some sales. I only need to recovery one sale a month to pay for this app so it's a no brainer for me. I'd recommend doing that calculation for your business.

We have been on Shopify for over 5 years and have had tons of apps. I have never experienced such an easy app to use with customer service that is off the charts. We have spent THOUSANDS of dollars on agencies and other email platforms (including Klayvio and Mailchimp), and ALWAYS come back to Recapture! I would HIGHLY recommend this app. From the moment I loaded it, Dave has been in touch with me with tips and guidance to make sure I was set up for success. The app is SUPER easy to use from interrogation to design! If I could give it 10 stars I would!

The app is wonderful, straight forward, and extremely easy to use and successful. So nice to be able to easily change cart emails as our promotions change. Plus, customer service could not be better! We needed help with some out of the box emails to send and Dave helped get everything set up and sent. Highly recommend this app to anyone!

Recapture has been an outstanding tool for retargeting abandoned carts and setting up winback emails. The live cart feed is really unique. Customer support is outstanding, and Dave does an excellent job providing feedback to optimize recovery emails. Very happy with Recapture and highly recommend.

I like apps like this - it's easy to justify the price because there's a bottom line and a return on investment that's easy to quantify and this one is absolutely worth the money. I've recovered £1200+ in the free trial period and I'm more than happy to upgrade to the paid package and look forward to tweaking it to capture more abandoned sales. In addition, Dave has been super responsive to both email and live chat with my various enquiries over the trial period.
