Reclaim: Chargeback Recovery

Set it and forget it option to fight chargebacks. Winning 40% of my chargebacks now after the change Shopify made was making it much harder to win chargebacks. Thanks!

I've fought over 10 chargebacks and I think I have a 30-40% success rate even though all the evidence I provided showed that the customer was in the wrong. I enabled Reclaim to test it out and won my first chargeback this year. I currently have two more chargebacks that I must file for so I am hoping for another smooth round of wins using Reclaim. So far the experience has been 5/5 due to the fact that it did what it was supposed to do and their team is also readily available to help you with any questions you may have.

Very useful and saves us a lot of time fighting chargebacks.
