I've been trying to get hold of their help desk now for over a month. I got one response back in March from an Evan who said he'd update their doc as it was very unclear. They have two methods to import information and both don't work.

Evan from Recommendify here. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I have looked through our logs and there is no record of anybody from your store contacting us. Maybe this is a glitch on our side. If you email us at [email protected] we will be happy to help and we can figure out what happened here so it doesn't happen again.

Reading the reviews I was very excited to implement this app. I downloaded it and started working with it. I had some questions and contacted support. After sending 5 separate emails over a week and not receiving any response I am deleting the app.

We understand you had a negative experience with this. We did in fact reply to you and offer a resolution to the issue, albeit too late. The lack of a swift response to your request for support was not acceptable and we will do better. We have taken steps to improve this including implementing a new system to handle support.
