I jumped onto the chat, not knowing what sort of tech support I would receive and needed advice on what changes I could make to my store. I knew we needed to make some changes, but I didn't know what changes would be the best for my store. Luckily I got ASH! Ash explained the changes, what they would do, and where to set them. Ash also sent training videos so I had a great starting point. Then he went above and beyond made those changes for me (with my permission of course!) It's nice to see a tech company that's interested in my success as a business. Ash definitely made all the difference for us today, and saved us a ton of time! Thank you Ash!!
