Alex was prompt and helpful in resolving some minor issues I was having. An app that still has human interaction is hard to find anymore and this app does. For me, that is five stars. Thanks Alex

Alex does not make jokes on the customer support, he is fast , he is good he did it all in 5 minutes.

Day One - So far so good! Took me a bit to get what I wanted set up, but that's because I'm awful at this stuff;) Ashley was quick to help when I got lost - turned out the issue was on my end...Looking forward to adding more options.
