Great app with powerful features. Post-purchase upsell works perfectly — converted 100% on the first try. However, cart drawer is not supported for Horizon theme, which was frustrating to discover after spending hours configuring it. Thank you page and order status page also needed support help to set up. Special thanks to Alex who was very helpful and fixed everything he could. Once everything is working, it's a great tool.

the app may a bit complicated for new user, but the CS is good. Miss Shafta, one of the technical support is willing to help. And the very important thing is Real person not just ai support.
We appreciate the honest feedback! We’re working on making the app more intuitive, but we're glad Shafta was there to provide that human touch when you needed it.

Easy to use, their support team gets back to you FREAKY fast, but some info on pricing and plans was a little difficult to find.

The best app if you only want to pay depending on how much you use it. But if that's not a limiter then it does lack customizability. Some of the support team is not very helpful, but if you get the right person they're very nice. Eventually I came to Jordan, and he's definitely the guy
