HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We saw some extra charge on our billing statement, and reached out to understand why. The customer service was BEYOND unhelpful, simply copy-pasting their FAQ about general pricing. Was not able to confirm which plan we were on, what charge we were supposed to have on a monthly basis, and what was the extra charges applied there, except that it's "dynamic pricing". When I try to find the cancel subscription button, it was also invisible. They will charge extra for something you don't even know, and they won't do anything about it when you ask basic questions. So if you want to have extra surprises charges on your statement, and no clues as to why, please choose this app.
