Alex from the support team was phenomenal! He was able to help us resolve the issue with non working funnel, he took patience and detailed approach with multiple testing to figure out where was the bug. he stayed for over 30min after his shift to make sure this gets resolved (a team of 3 people tried to resolve that in the past unsuccessfully - but Alex managed to do it all by himself). Very grateful and now fingers crossed I can make more sales in the last 3 days of this year :))) wish me luck!
