Edit - Oct 1, 2025 I am editing my review and downgrading this to 1 star. I have not used this app for conversion, I merely did a test order through the guidance of their customer service person when I signed up in Feb 2025. I was subsequently charged for that test order and was made to jump several hoops to get the charge reversed. I chatted with different agents, explaining over and over again that it was a test order and not a real order. They insisted on getting access to my store to check things out for themselves which I granted. The charge was still not reversed. I told them I was not going to delete the app till the issue was resolved. An agent later told me that as a goodwill gesture, they will reverse the charge. Goodwill??? I didn't use the service what is the goodwill for? The charge was eventually reversed when I threatened to leave a review. Again on Sept 24, they charged me. I contacted Support who promised to look into it and revert. I have sent 3 emails and no response. I have received very horrible service. I was excited some months ago when I signed up but this is a less than 1 star experience. I will definitely delete this app once this is resolved, I will not forget to delete it. ReConvert please respond to my email sent to Riya. Thank you I was looking for an upsell app and I came across ReConvert and signed up after reading the reviews. I tried some options/settings but I was not making a lot of headway so I decided to chat with your Customer Care. I chatted with Shafta who was very patient. She explained how ReConvert works. She encouraged me to make a test order and try it out. It was much easier to understand after I did that. she also sent screenshots to better explain what she was telling me. A few weeks after, I came back a second time to ask some questions and she helped out again. I was initially just going to try ReConvert for a week but I think I will retain the app mostly thanks to Shafta. I hope your other Customer Care people are like Shafta, would really make a world of difference in the user's experience. I give her 5 *****
